Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, social media, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new business opportunities
• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in telesales, online sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
