We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Officer to help power the next phase of growth for our Oil & Gas recruitment and advisory practice. This role sits at the centre of revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic expansion, supporting an ambitious plan to expand revenue year-on-year over the next three years while extending our footprint beyond Nigeria.
This is not a passive sales role. You will shape opportunities before they go to market, influence bid strategy, lead tenders end-to-end, and help position Energi Talent Resourcing as a trusted partner to operators, service companies, and investors across the energy value chain.
If you thrive at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and execution, this role is built for you.

- Work closely with consultants, operations, procurement, legal, and finance teams to deliver aligned, high-quality submissions

- Run internal briefings once bids are secured to ensure seamless handover and delivery
Engage Regulators, Clients & Investors
- Follow up with NipeX, NAPIMS, and other industry bodies on bids and opportunities
- Manage compliance and renewals across DPR, NCDMB, NipeX portals, and related certifications
