Head of HR and Admin at True Blue Energy Services Limited

True Blue Energy Services Limited, an indigenous Oil and Gas Services firm with proven capacity for supporting clients/major projects in the areas of pre-commissioning, maintenance of production facilities, training and procurement is currently looking to hire the services of a Head of Human Resources and Admin.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the Human Resource function, of which at least 2 should be in a managerial position.
• A Human Resource Certification e.g ACIPM, SPHRi, SHRM
• A  Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a Human Resource strategy
• Work with Executive Management to develop organizational policies to improve people management and business priorities
• Lead recruitment efforts to from job analysis/ job description, selection, interviews and assessments , as well as ensuring that there is a steady talent pool available
• Drive Employee engagement efforts across the organization.
• Managing employee contract negotiations and immigration relations.
• Responsible to managing employee trainings
• Developing and managing the Human Resources budget
• Responsible for benefits administration
• Responsible for HRIS management and maintenance
