Digital Sales Expert (DM Closer) at Biz Afric Solutions

Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly base + performance-based commissions

About the Role

Our client runs a private, values-led women’s community serving a highly discerning audience. They are seeking a DM Closer who can communicate with empathy, discretion, and clarity — while confidently converting qualified leads into paid community members.

This role requires emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and strong persuasion skills. It is not a spammy sales role.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage prospective members via Instagram DMs and related channels
• Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Qualify leads and guide them through the decision-making process
• Close qualified prospects into paid offerings
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
• Work closely with the founder to align messaging and tone

Requirements

• Proven experience in DM closing, sales, or client conversion roles
• Strong written communication and persuasion skills
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
• Comfortable working with high-value, private clientele
• Reliable, organised, and performance-driven
