We’re looking for a Digital Marketer / Lead Generation Intern who is not just passionate about marketing, but obsessed with results. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience, looking to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven agency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive qualified inbound leads for the company, working toward set and achievable targets.
Plan, launch, and manage multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Send cold emails, make cold calls, and consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert interest into action.
Track and analyze campaign metrics to evaluate performance, identify insights, and continuously optimize strategy.
Identify high-potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, email, and lead gen software.
Bring fresh ideas to the table for growing our audience, building our online community, and positioning Wildfire as a thought leader.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
Develop, review, and refine persuasive offers tailored to different client needs and audience segments.
Run targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and others, ensuring optimized spending and high ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or lead generation
Recently deployed Lagos corps members are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of email marketing, landing pages, and lead magnets
Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Notion, or Google Analytics
Ability to write persuasive copy for ads and emails
Self-driven, resourceful, and great at problem-solving
You’re not afraid to experiment, fail fast, and iterate
