    Associate, Human Resources

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in human resource management in international institutions or organisations
    • Understanding and solid experience of HR strategy implementation
    • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Management components and developments
    • Good knowledge of the Financial Service industry and its operations
    • Strong numeracy skills
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP HR systems
    • The role will be based in Lagos, Nigeria
