    Creative Designer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer with proven experience working directly with FMCG, Personal Care, Skincare, or Hair Care brands.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts that strengthen brand identity, drive consumer engagement, and support marketing objectives across digital and print channels.
    • This role requires a creative professional who understands the unique dynamics of consumer brands and has a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work within the FMCG, beauty, personal care, skincare, or hair care industries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
    • Design high-quality packaging, labels, product inserts, and point-of-sale materials.
    • Produce artwork for ATL and BTL marketing activities, including billboards, flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product Development, and Sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative outputs.
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Prepare production-ready files and liaise with printers, packaging vendors, and external agencies when required.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
    • Review and refine creative outputs based on stakeholder feedback.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of hands-on experience working directly with FMCG, Personal Care, Skincare, or Hair Care companies is mandatory.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work executed for consumer brands within the specified industries.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
    • Knowledge of print production processes and packaging specifications.
    • Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into visually appealing designs.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Assistant IT Manager
