• We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Art Gallery Operations Manager with strong connections to High net-worth individuals (HNIs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing gallery operations, hosting and networking with HNIs, organizing exhibitions, and driving art sales. This role requires a high-agency individual with excellent people management skills and a proven track record in achieving business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations of the art gallery, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Host, interact, and build strong relationships with HNIs to promote the gallery and its exhibitions.
• Collaborate in planning, organizing, and executing art exhibitions and events that attract and engage HNIs.
• Lead and manage gallery staff, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with gallery goals.
• Network extensively to bring new HNIs and collectors to the gallery.
• Collaborate with artists, curators, and other stakeholders to curate compelling exhibitions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and gallery presentation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree.
• Proven access to and experience working with high net-worth individuals.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and meet business objectives.
• Experience in art gallery operations, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
