    Laundry Supervisor

    Job Details

    • Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and packaging 
    • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time 
    • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support 
    • Maintain quality control standards and handle reworks where necessary 
    • Coordinate with the front desk to manage order flow and customer expectations 
    • Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment 
    • Manage inventory of detergents and other supplies 
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly 
    • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards 
    • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports 

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field 
    • 2–4 years experience in a supervisory role (laundry, hospitality, or retail preferred) 
    • Strong leadership and team management skills 
    • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities 
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
    • Basic computer skills

    Laundry Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the laundry business, including front desk, processing, and delivery 
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality 
    • Supervise and manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation 
    • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines 
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and garment care 
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment 
    • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction 
    • Track sales, expenses, and overall business performance; prepare regular reports 
    • Implement strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and operational efficiency 
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies 

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 
    • 4–6 years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (laundry, hospitality, or retail preferred) 
    • Strong leadership and team management skills 
    • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities 
    • Good financial and business acumen 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Details

    • Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner 
    • Receive, tag, and document laundry items accurately 
    • Issue receipts and manage order tracking systems 
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly 
    • Coordinate with laundry and delivery teams to ensure timely processing of orders 
    • Manage cash, POS transactions, and daily sales records 
    • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide service information 
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area 
    • Keep records of customer details and service history

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field 
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service or front desk role (experience in laundry or retail is an advantage) 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems 
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities 
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude
