- Job Field Education / Teaching / Training
- We are looking for a confident and persuasive communicator with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
- To serve as the first point of contact for prospective students while actively engaging and converting leads into applicants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree 1—3years' experience in customer service, call centre, or sales roles
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organised, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/CRM tools
