    Administrative and Human Resource Manager

    Details:

    Applicant should possess:

    • Minimum of five to seven years’ experience in general administration
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in business or related field with a second class upper (2:1) Professional qualifications in either CIPM/ICAN/NIM will be an added advantage.
      Experience in bookkeeping and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
    • Ability to research, analyze, and retrieve data necessary to complete duties
    • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
    • Familiarity with local, state and federal employment related laws
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with a wide range of personalities and manage conflict in a professional, productive manner
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Skilled at managing time and multiple priorities to carry out assignments in a timely and thorough manner
    • Commitment to professional and ethical standards
    • GOOD PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF  ICT – INCLUDING EXCEL SHEETS + MODERN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE PACKAGES. – PEACHTREE, etc THIS WOULD BE TESTED.
    • Proven operational HR track-record - experience of providing a senior generalist HR service to managers across a full range of HR issues
    • Excellent skills in handling and advising on complex people management issues
    • Experience of and well developed skills in recruitment and selection
    • Good attention to detail
    • Understanding staff care for humanitarian staff, in particular approaches to welfare, stress, R&R and debriefing
    • Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver induction briefing/training
    • Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English, with experience in managing multicultural teams
    • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
