HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN MANAGER KNB/PRJ-HRM at Knight and Bishop Consultancy Nigeria Limited

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and co-ordinating the Human Resources Capital of the organisation. He/She will also actively direct and monitor the Human Resource standards of operation across the organization to ensure quality/consistency and adherence to levels of expectation through various driven platforms.

Skills and competencies

• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a hands-on Human Resource environment.
• B.Sc in any of the art or social science related fields.
• Possession of an added professional qualification such as an MBA or CIPM is added advantage.
• Knowledge and insights of current trends in HR and proven innate ability to lead teams for optimal performance.
• Must possess sound organisational, administrative and managerial skills as well as good people management and negotiation skills.
