Job Summary
 
    We are looking for Team Leads for our Human Capital Advisory Services unit. This unit handles Organizational Design and Development and, Compensation & Benefits for our select clients. Such candidate must have the ability to plan, direct, coordinate Human Capital management activities of the organization. Candidate must have the ability to multi task and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.
 
Qualifications and Requirements
 
    Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or any related field.
    Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
    Demonstrates exceptional Client Management skills.
    Goal Oriented, Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
    Ability to deliver high performance results with minimal supervision.
    CIPM Certification is an added advantage.
