Technical Services Manager at Candor Consulting

Educational Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent experience 
• 3-5 years of technical leadership experience 
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, and PnL responsibility 
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and 
• Primavera software 
• Experience in financial control and budget management. 

Key Result Areas: 

• Manage revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion 
• Control costs, optimize resource allocation, and improve efficiency 
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin,  response time, downtime and first time fixes 
• Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness 
• Client and stakeholder management.
