- Performing HR functions
- Ensure adherence to labor law and disciplinary procedures
- Ability to work with HR software
- Ability to use mircosoft
- Creating reports via digital platforms
- Ensuring employee engagement
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Understanding of HR metrics and procedures,
- Punctuality is key
