MyJobMag.com is a recruitment technology organisation in Nigeria. So far, we have gathered a handful of followers but we strongly feel we need to do more. Currently, we have a dire need of providing fresh and steady content for our readers, increasing our social media reach and overall coverage.

This will ensure we remain our readers' 1st choice and increase our virality. Solving this problem will enable us channel more energy into other aspects of career and human resource needs.

To ensure freshness, content must be sourced from: Recruiters direct requests on the website, Recruiters and corporate websites, dailies and other career websites such as LinkedIn.
By keeping our social pages busy with productive content, we feel we can also drive social media virality.
We also have creativity on the front burner which means you are absolutely free to think of and use any novel approach towards solving our aforementioned problems.

Our goal as a team is to make job search and staff recruitment easy using Information Technology as a tool. Hence, solving the above stated problem is of top priority.

Requirements

• Proximity to Ikeja is paramount
• Degree educated ideally from an English, Mass Communication or ICT related degree.
• Previous experience working as a content manager would be an advantage.
• Highly computer literate
• Must pay attention to minute details
• Must have an impeccable command of English language both written and oral - must be able to differentiate between "his and he's", "am and i'm", etc.
• Must be willing to work to tight schedules sometimes at odd hours.
• Must be good at research
• Ability to write reports in clear and understandable manner
• High level of confidentiality
