Graphic Designer at Valjes Properties

Purpose

To create visually compelling and engaging designs that support property marketing, strengthen brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and drive lead generation across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, property profiles, company presentations, signage, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging graphics and visual content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the company's brand message and property offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, videography, and content teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
• Design property listing materials, project launch campaigns, event branding materials, and client-facing presentations.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing and communication materials.
• Prepare designs for both print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Review and update existing marketing materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and visually appealing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready artwork.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design excellence.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong visual storytelling ability.

Added Advantage

• Experience working as a Graphic Designer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience designing property marketing materials, project launch campaigns, real estate brochures, and social media creatives for property sales and leasing activities will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, Canva, Adobe After Effects, or UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
