Job Description

• Negotiating and contract application skills
• Good understanding of bidding process and documentation
• Good understanding of bill of quantity and bills of Engineering Measurement and evaluation

• Previous experience in the construction sector will be a great advantage

Job Requirements

• Must have good communication skills in English and Hausa
• Must have gone through professional security training
• Must have good security background in military of police force
• Must be able to develop security plans and procedures
• Must be able to implement and monitor the plans and procedures
• Must be able to delegate responsibilities to the mobile police and vigilante group placed within the company's yard
• Must be able to prepare a contingency plan
• Must be able to report security matters on a monthly basis to the company's management and client's representative
• Must be a proactive person rather than reactive
• Must be a graduate
