    People Administrator - Sagamu Plant

    Job Description

    • Career opportunity exist for a highly skilled and result driven People Administrator in our Sagamu plant, reporting directly to the People Manager, Sagamu.
    • The successful candidate will support the implementation of People practices in the plant to meet business needs.

    Amongst other duties, the job holder will;

    • Provide support with the People Administrative processes in the plant.
    • Provide Administrative support for the recruitment process.
    • Compile all payroll inputs in the plant monthly.
    • Support in the management of the Headcount process
    • Support with Employee engagement initiatives in the plant.
    • Assist with adhoc projects and analysis to support the People function.
    • Support in the management of the JML process in the plant.

    Requirements
    The occupant of this position should possess:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role.
    • Membership of CIPM, CIPD, HRCI or SHRM would be an added advantage.

    Key competencies and attributes:

    • Ability to analyse information and make recommendations for decision making
    • Self-starter and independent worker
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

    Market Development Manager - Malt

    Job Description

    • Career opportunity exist for a highly skilled and result driven Market Development Manager – Malt reporting to the National Sales Director.
    • The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing and enhancing portfolio of accounts through relationship management of Key contacts within customers’ organization.

    Amongst other duties, the job holder will;

    • Demonstrate a strategic selling approach by identifying key decision makers for various product areas, while successfully positioning and communicating a value proposition.
    • In close collaboration with the solution team, plan and execute market development events that have high impact in terms of enrolments and cost.
    • Participate in and contribute to long range planning with product team and others that ensures revenue and market share growth.
    • Create strategic market development plans for specific high potential and high growth areas.
    • Builds relationships with key market influencers, i.e., early adopter distributor and end user customers, and thought leaders, etc.
    • Solicit and analyze market feedback to determine effective product messaging, and product feature development, and overall market viability of products in development.
    • Understands and uses the value selling chain.
    • Conducts solid analysis of the opportunity and risks.
    • Generates innovative approaches.
    • Choose smart strategies that include clear positioning, appropriate pricing, competitive advantage.
    • Keep Abreast of competitors activity activities and inform management accordingly.

    Requirements
    The occupant of this position should possess:

    • Minimum of B. Degree in a commercial field. A Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment.

    Key competencies and attributes:

    • Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of Sales in FMCG
    • Good Knowledge of Ms Office Package
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good people management skills
