    Candidates must be able to provide experience of the following essential criteria.
        Minimum of 5 years experience in Media Development
        Minimum of 3 years work experience with State and / or National Media organsiations
        Degree in Communications Media development or other relevant educational background

    Result Communication Specialist

    Job Title:              Result & Communications Specialist

    Compilation of the programmes quarterly progress reports (QPRs), from information generated by the national team during quarterly reflection meetings and by the state teams through quarterly updating of their M&E databases.  
    Provide technical advice and mentoring, on the development of appropriate communications materials from knowledge gained by the programme. This will be for use in advocacy based on the requirements of various target audiences.
    Collaboration with the M&E & Learning Adviser to validate the content of communications materials and with the M&E/Knowledge Management ICT Systems Specialist, on the use of appropriate information management systems.
    Technical liaison, with the UK-based SAVI Results team, to provide an exchange of information and communications materials for further development and use in higher-level advocacy, targeting Abuja-based, UK and global audiences.
     
    Candidates must be able to provide experience of the following essential criteria.
        Minimum 5 years experience working in programme development and delivery
        Degree in Communications/PR or similar discipline
        Expertise in various IT Graphics and publishing programmes
        Development of communications materials including editing and publishing reports/papers

    M&E/KM Officer (x2)

    Oversight of state teams’ practical application and adaptation of SAVI’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, in line with their state M&E plans, to ensure effective utilisation of state log-frames, monitoring, evaluation and learning tools/processes and M&E databases (i.e. compliance with systems developed).
    Support the designated M&E focal person in each state (i.e. the state team member responsible for overseeing development and implementation of their M&E plan) to populate their M&E database.
    Facilitation of feedback to the M&E & Learning Adviser on possible modifications and improvements to SAVI’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, to make them more user-friendly and fit for purpose.
     
    Candidates must be able to provide experience of the following essential criteria.
        Minimum 3 years experience working in Programme Development and Delivery
        Degree in Social Development, Knowledge, IT Programming or similar discipline
        Experience working with an International Donor Organisation or Int. NGO
        Excel expertise and Data Base Management / Development
        Able to travel out of Abuja in a supporting role into 5 SAVI states

    State Programme Officer

    Finance Officer

    Locations: Anambra (x1), Niger (x1), Katsina (x1)
     
    Assist the programme with financial/administration by providing monthly returns to the National office.
    Undertake all banking transactions in the state, including the management of petty cash and bank accounts.
    Deduct (with-holding tax) WHT as prescribed by law and maintain a control account, also distribute WHT certificates to staff and contractors.
    Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts and interest statements and request for top-up from Abuja.
    Prepare monthly financial reports for the Finance and Operations manager.
    Liaise with state team on financial procedures in accordance with SAVI financial guidelines
    Facilitate capacity building of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) on grant fund management when necessary.
     
    Candidates must be able to provide experience of the following essential criteria.
        Minimum 3 years experience as a Finance Officer or equivalent post
        3-5 years experience in book keeping and management of imprest account
        Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Professional Qualification
        Experience working on similar sized Donor programmes
        Has  worked in Anambra, Niger & Katsina States and FCT Abuja
        Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts
