    Business Development and Growth Officer

    The Business Development & Growth Officer will be responsible for driving revenue generation, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business expansion initiatives for the organization. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities into measurable growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
    • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s consulting and professional service offerings.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives and market penetration plans.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    • Lead client engagement meetings, negotiations, and follow-up activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Track business development activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
    • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry engagements.
    • Support brand visibility and growth campaigns across digital and physical channels.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or growth-focused roles.
    • Experience within consulting, professional services, HR services, or related industries is an added advantage.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
