What does the Digital Ad Sales Lead (Nigeria) do?
Our digital ad sales lead is responsible for one of the major revenue sources at Big Cabal.  The job is two-fold - execute on sales activities and help develop a process for sales.  Specifically:

• developing relationships with brands and agencies
• sales of existing ad inventory across platforms
• designing media plans for campaigns in conjunction with internal teams & client
• contributing to the design of new advertising products in conjunction with internal teams

What type of person are we looking for?
Our sales lead must be an energetic self-starter with a track record of getting things done with little or no supervision.  Specifically...

• Must have relationships in the advertising industry
• Experience in digital ad sales is preferable
• Minimum experience is a Bachelor's degree.

This is a fulltime role.

Compensation

• Base salary based on experience + 10% commission (paid monthly)
• 20 days annual leave

What does an operations and finance lead do?

• This individual will be responsible for handling operational & finance issues
• managing operational issues for the company
