    GENERAL MANAGER ADMINISTRATION KNB/PRJ-GMAD

     

    The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team supervising procurement, customer service, operations and outsourced services and playing a leading role in acquiring resources and co-ordinating the efforts of team members as well as third party contractors in ensuring clients are served better. Must be able to drive staff efficiency and productivity.

    Skills and competencies

    • At least 10 years hands on experience in an operations management related role with 5 years in a supervisory role.
    • A degree or higher diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Estate Management or other related fields.
    • Proven experience in people management and strategic planning
    • Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and teams
    • Working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.

    GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE KNB/PRJ-GMFIN

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for raising finance and providing financial management advice/support to the company in order to make sound business decisions. He/She will manage budgetary planning for both the short and long term projects, and inform the organisation on the financial implications of any decision before proceeding. In addition, care must be taken to ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations

    Skills and competencies

    • Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in finance and account management with a reputable organisation, preferably in the service industry or other industries of the financial sector
    • A Degree in Finance or Accounting and MBA
    • Additional applicable qualification including ICAN added advantage
    • He/She will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting

    GENERAL MANAGER FACILITIES KNB/PRJ-GMFAC

     

    The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team supervising facility managers and playing a leading role in acquiring sites and co-ordinating the efforts of team members as well as third party contractors or consultants in ensuring clients are served consistently.Must be able to drive revenue along staff efficiency and productivity.

    Skills and competencies

    • At least 10 years hands on experience in facility management with 5 years in a senior management role.
    • A degree or higher diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Estate Management. MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience in people management and strategic planning
    • Excellent organizational skills including hands on ability to manage multiple tasks and engineering teams for facility management.
    • Working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain.

    SENIOR FACILITY MANAGER KNB/PRJ-SFM

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Estate facilities. He/She must ensure structures and facilities are up and running in line with stipulated HSE standards and government regulations.He/She will be responsible for generating revenue with accurate reports, track queries and complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution within set timelines.

    Skills and competencies

    • Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in facility management in a well-structured Estate.
    • A graduate in Estate Management, Engineering or related fields.
    • Must have analytical skills and be able to work under pressure for year-round service delivery without compromising quality and timeliness.
    • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients from different racial backgrounds.
    • Ability to manage teammates of technical and facility officers

    HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN MANAGER KNB/PRJ-HRM

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and co-ordinating the Human Resources Capital of the organisation. He/She will also actively direct and monitor the Human Resource standards of operation across the organization to ensure quality/consistency and adherence to levels of expectation through various driven platforms.

    Skills and competencies

    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a hands-on Human Resource environment.
    • B.Sc in any of the art or social science related fields.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and communications tactics in support of our Estate Management services and manage advertising campaigns. He/She will act as the exclusive broker for existing and newly developed properties on and theprimary resource for both buyers and sellers of existing properties.

    Skills and competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
    • 8 years’ experience in an account management role in a Real Estate firm, or equivalent time hands-on leading marketing functions on the client side
    • Superior strategic planning, critical thinking, and writing skills
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Experience with email marketing (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)
    • Marketing research (SurveyMonkey) and CRM experience are preferred

    CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER KNB/PRJ-CSO

     

    The successful candidate will work closely with the management to understand corporate requirements related to security and regulatory compliance, and to map out those requirements to current security task. Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of the Estate, personnel and information systems. He/She will be expected to conduct thorough investigations on incidents regarding security and safety breaches

    Skills and competencies

    • Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in security management of a well-structured organisation out of which 3 years must be in a supervisory role.
    • A graduate in any of the art or social science related fields.
    • Must have analytical and intelligence gathering skills and manage relationships with various occupants.
    • Ability to maintain cordial relationship and effective communication with external agencies including police, fire authorities, local community and other related services.

    PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR KNB/PRJ-PN

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing and new leases including building relationships with private landlords and property owners. You will be responsible for safe acquisitions, renewing leases upon expiry

    Skills and competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Architecture,Law, Economics or any related field in Social sciences.
    • 3-5 years’ experience as a Property Negotiator  in a Real Estate or property development firm, or related role
    • You must be able to conduct property inspections, assessing their suitability and condition, as well as being able to supply statistical information on acquisitions, renewals and hand backs.

    SECURITY MANAGER KNB/PRJ-SM

     

    The successful candidate will work closely with the chief security officer in providing adequate protection to life and property, physical deterrence to intruders and criminals. Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of the Estate, personnel and information systems. He/She will be responsible for patrolling the Estate at intervals for the purpose of environmental scanning and deterrence of criminal intention.

    Skills and competencies

    • Minimum of 7 years working in a similar position.
    • Minimum of a BA or B.Sc. with a professional certification in security management.

    LEGAL OFFICER KNB/PRJ-LO

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company and property related matters. Assist in the review of new property contracts and service level agreements or changes to existing contracts with external service providers. He/She will also serve as a legal resource on property and administrative services and projects when the need arises.

    Skills and competencies

    • Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in legal practise and administration with a reputable organisation, preferably in the service industry or other industries of the financial sector

    STORE OFFICER KNB/PRJ-STO

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing materials from the company store in line with LPO and post to inventory software. Conduct periodical stock count, documents and report to supervisors. He/She will be in charge of raising purchase requisitions for goods that have reached reorder levels and calculate both minimum and maximum order quantity.

    Skills and competencies

    • 4 years’ experience in a multi-technical material stock/stores environment
    • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or numerate social science
    • Experience in utilizing electronic stock management system is an added advantage
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.

    TRANSPORT/FLEET OFFICER KNB/PRJ-FLO

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the estates fleet operations. He/She will be in charge of monitoring fleet personnel’s operations. Manage health, safety and routine checks on all vehicles and fleet clerks/drivers. Oversee strategic development and maintenance of relevant fleet records and liaise with automobile suppliers. Must be able to recruit, interview, select, coach and train fleet clerks/drivers.

    Skills and competencies

    • 3 year experience gained in a similar position with various vehicle industry trucks eg. Pickups
    • A diploma or degree in Transport, Automobile Engineering or related courses
    • Must be able to use fleet management software, tracking system and have a good knowledge of Nigerian roads.
    • Good knowledge of all transport legislation, traffic regulations and procedures to ensure company compliance.
    • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
