ESTATE OFFICER KNB/PRJ-ETO at Knight and Bishop Consultancy Nigeria Limited

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring repairs and unit management flats, ensuring properties are being used for intended purposes and statutory charges are paid by clients at due dates. He/She must be tactful, diplomatic and have an eye for details.

Skills and competencies

• 3 years’ experience in a well-structured organisation.
• A degree in Estate Management, Building or related discipline.
• Must possess interpersonal, negotiating, analytical and numerate skills.
• Knowledgeable in dealing with tenancy applications, monitoring tenancy agreements and assessing use of property for short and long term usage.
• Must possess revenue collection skills and marketing skills
