    Transport/Fleet Manager

    • Manage the daily deployment, scheduling, and utilization of all company vehicles
    • Ensure optimal fleet availability to meet operational demands
    • Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of all vehicles
    • Maintain accurate records for vehicle licenses, insurance, roadworthiness, and permits
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and discipline drivers
    • Ensure drivers comply with safety rules, traffic laws, and company standards
    • Monitor driver behavior, attendance, performance, and route adherent

    Candidate must reside on the island for close proximity
