REQUIREMENTS

• Deep Product Knowledge Passion: They must geek out on foam densities, coil systems, cooling tech, and trial periods. They can translate specs into benefits ("This lumbar support means no more morning backache”). Engaging educational content (e.g., "Memory Foam vs. Latex," "What Your Sleep Position Says About Your Mattress").
• Content Strategy & Platform Savvy: Understands what works on TikTok (quick, relatable, trend-driven) vs. Instagram Reels (aesthetic, aspirational) vs. YouTube (in-depth reviews, comparison videos). Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Stories.
• Hands-On Video & Photo Skills: Ability to shoot and edit high-quality, engaging content independently. This includes lighting for a cozy bedroom aesthetic, clean editing, and adding engaging graphics/text.
• Authentic & Trustworthy Voice: The creator must build trust, not just hype. Write engaging copy for social posts
• Data Literacy: Ability to analyze engagement metrics, conversion rates, and use insights to shape future content.
• Self-starter who can manage projects from idea to execution.
