    Business Operations Manager

    We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organization seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and results-driven professional to join its team as a Business Operations Manager.

    This role combines business development, team leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned location while managing a team of Project Associates and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives.

    The Opportunity

    As a Business Operations Manager, you will:

    • Lead and coordinate business operations within your assigned location.
    • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
    • Manage and supervise a team of Project Associates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance expectations.
    • Develop and execute location-specific strategies to increase market penetration and product adoption.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, businesses, institutions, associations, and other key stakeholders.
    • Identify new business opportunities and oversee their conversion into measurable results.
    • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
    • Conduct business presentations, stakeholder engagements, and strategic meetings on behalf of the organization.
    • Ensure effective execution of projects, initiatives, and growth campaigns within the location.
    • Prepare and submit periodic reports on business performance, team activities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
    • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

    Who We\'re Looking For

    • A graduate with strong leadership, business development, and relationship management capabilities.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in business development, sales management, operations management, partnership management, or a related role.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
    • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business growth strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage decision-makers and build strategic relationships.

    Strong organizational and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, telecommunications, education, or related industries will be an added advantage.
    • Candidates residing around Lugbe, Airport Road, Kuje, Lokogoma, Pyakassa, Kyami, and surrounding areas will have an added advantage.
