    Security Manager

    Job Description

    • Candidate will be assisting the CEO in executing multiple consulting projects related to risk assessment, corporate investigation, development and implementation of marketing strategy, market opportunity studies, international business, and other consulting services which Risk Control offers.

    Duties

    • Interact with clients and project team to plan and develop project work.
    • Review and edit all client communication documents.
    • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.
    • Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
    • Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.
    • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
    • Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis.
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
    • Schedule client meetings to discuss about project updates and issues.
    • Build positive working relationship with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Maintain complete project documentations for reference purposes.
    • Populate the Nigeria Risk Index with appropriate content, including security reports and assessments.
    • Perform variable risk assessment, security survey and security audit for clients
    • Promote risk control brand and services towards meeting company annual objectives and target

    Requirements

    • Candidate must be a Graduate of Law and must have been called into the Nigerian Bar
    • Candidate must have strong background in security consulting (Background with any security agency is an advantage but not compulsory)
    • Candidate must be ale to work with little or no supervision
    • Candidate must be able to work skilfully to meet deadlines
    • Candidate must be a team player.
    • Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable institution and must have completed NYSC
    • Candidate must have minimum of 5 years work experience in security industry
    • Candidate must be able to conduct risk analysis and risk assessment
    • Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS packages.

    Supervisor, Background Checks

    Job Description

    • The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests.
    • TheSupervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.
    • In addition to ensuring that team members discharge their duties within the stipulated time so as to meet up with Turn Around Time (TAT).

    Requirements

    • Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable institution and must have completed NYSC

    Sales Officer / Marketer

    Job Description

    • Officer will assist in the planning, growth and development of the company business through proactive marketing of the company products and converting leads to clients while maintaining a good online presence of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the sales and marketing of the company to ensure that the yearly budget is met.
    • Rigorously market all our services on all social media platform.
    • Generate actionable leads in support of the company’s sales effort.

    • Create a plan for gaining customers and retaining them.
    • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market.
    • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
    • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
    • Assist in outbound or inbound digital marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

    Requirements
    Applicant must:

    • Be a graduate of a reputable institution.
    • Have completed NYSC.
    • Have minimum of 5 years marketing experience in service based organization/consulting firm.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Account Manager organizes all general accounting activities, preparation of accounting and financial reports and ensures that accurate accounting systems and record are kept.

    Duties

    • Maintains the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all company transactions.
    • Prepare Invoices and ensure adequate documentations are done.
    • Follow up with debtors and ensures prompt payment of invoices whenever they are due.
    • Keep records of day-to-day transactions and responsible for the preparation of accounts payable, invoices and purchases orders, petty cash and payroll calculation.
    • Assist the business manager in preparation of annual account, interim, annual budget and comparative financial reports.
    • Prepare daily Bank balances and receivables reports and forward same to the OP and MD.
    • Ensure all Bank accounts are reconciled and proper documentations are made
    • Filling and remittance of statutory deductions like PAYE, PENSION, VAT, etc.
    • Maintain updated fixed asset register.
    • Process all payment requisition including transfers and cheques
    • Provides administrative support in accounting unit such as preparation of financial reports.
    • Stays current with developments, practice trends and promulgations in the accounting profession; monitors accounting systems and recommends new or revised policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable institution and must have completed NYSC
    • Candidate must have minimum of 5 years work experience in the accounting field
    • Candidate must be a chartered Accountant
    • Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision.
    • Candidate must be able to work skillfully to meet deadlines.
    • Candidate must be able to work under pressure
    • Candidate must be available for immediate resumption
    • Candidate must be proficient with the use of accounting software (Sage).

    Special Assistant to the Managing Director

    Job Description

    • The position entails working closely with the MD, receiving and attending to the MD's guests, attending meetings and presentations on behalf of the MD
    • Handle negotiations with third parties
    • Conducting deep and extensive research for the MD and Business Development Department
    • Travelling as often as the need arises.
