To drive aggressive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth by marketing our land ownership and land monetization (farming) solutions, while building a scalable marketing system that generates consistent qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth Execution
- Develop and execute a 12-month marketing growth plan aligned with company revenue goals.
- Build marketing funnels that convert prospects into landowners and agro-investors.
- Identify and target high-converting audience segments (diaspora investors, civil servants, entrepreneurs, farmers, cooperatives, etc.).
- Create and manage budget allocations for maximum ROI.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualified leads through:
- Social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Google Ads
- Email marketing
- Referral systems
- Offline activations
- Optimize landing pages and conversion strategies.
- Track CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROI.
Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee content marketing (educational posts about land ownership, farming returns, investment security).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and scale winning ads.
- Implement SEO strategies for land investment and agricultural monetization keywords.
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation.
Brand Positioning & Authority Building
Position the company as:
- A trusted land acquisition partner
- A structured farming investment solution provider
- Develop case studies and testimonials from landowners earning through farming.
- Organize webinars, seminars, and property/farming tours.
Partnerships & Business Development
Build relationships with:
- Agro cooperatives
- Corporate organizations
- Financial institutions
- Diaspora networks
- Create affiliate and referral marketing programs.
Sales Enablement
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Develop marketing materials:
- Brochures
- Investment decks
- Farming ROI projections
- Train sales reps on campaign messaging and value proposition.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Track weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and scale profitable channels.
- Deliver monthly growth reports with actionable insights.
