Creative Marketing & Brand Associate at UrbanWish Ltd

UrbanWish is building Nigeria’s next-generation lifestyle and services marketplace — connecting people to trusted experiences across multiple categories through one seamless platform.

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Creative Marketing & Brand Associate to help shape and grow the UrbanWish brand across digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands:

• social media culture,
• digital storytelling,
• modern brand positioning,
• and visual communication.

You should be comfortable both:

• creating marketing ideas, and
• designing the assets needed to execute them.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage UrbanWish’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
• Create engaging branded content, campaigns, and storytelling ideas
• Design high-quality social media graphics, carousels, newsletters, banners, and marketing assets
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all customer touchpoints
• Work closely with the founders and product team on launch campaigns and growth initiatives
• Contribute ideas for content strategy, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement
• Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns
• Track basic content and engagement performance metrics

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital brand positioning
• Good graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
• Ability to independently create polished visual content and marketing assets
• Good eye for aesthetics, branding, and modern design trends
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a startup environment
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly
• Prior experience managing brand or business social media pages is an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience creating short-form video content or motion graphics
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or influencer campaigns
• Startup or tech ecosystem experience
• Photography or basic video editing skills
