    Sales Representative

    Our client, an indigenous Food Mart company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

    Job Description

    • Act as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problems.
    • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customersТ expectations and companyТs objectives.
    • To collaborate effectively with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that company product is prominently displayed.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Understanding shelf placement strategies and in-store displays to market a product and maximize exposure to customers.
    • Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
    • Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential.
    • Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
    • Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data.
    • Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges.
    • Gathering information on customers' reactions to products.
    • Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
    • Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
    • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
    • Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes & clear outs.
    • Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance.
    • Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.


    • SSCE or OND
    • Must have experience in sales or supermarket/grocery business.
    • Computer knowledge is a plus
    • Preferably a female between the age of 23-30 years
    • Must stay around Ajah - Sangotedo axis of Lagos.

    Junior Technical Sales Executive

    Our Client, a technical business solution company is seeking to employ a qualified Technical Retail Sales Representative specialize in technologically advanced products and services (Preferably HP Products).

    This role requires strong knowledge of Technical and HP products, including the functions and components that enable products to work.  to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

    • Candidates with strong communication skills
    • Strong technical knowledge {most preferably HP}
    • Promote and sell the product by demonstrating how it works along with the benefits it can offer potential customers.
    • Help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
    • Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
    • Travelling to demonstrate products and educating potential customers about the functions of the product
    • Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and closing sales
    • Advising customers of updates and new technologies
    • Being familiar with competitors’ activities and products
    • Putting together proposals and tender documents
    • Travelling to and attending meetings
    • Meeting sales and commission targets.

    Dispatch Rider


    • Applicant must reside in these areas for Lagos Mainland (Yaba, Surulere, Fadeyi) and other  axis
    • Must have valid riders permit to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
    • Report to on all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor
    • Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
    • Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
    • Transporting and receiving invoices and documents items quickly by motorcycle
    • Record information, such as items received and delivered
    • Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
    • Riders must be familiar with a route around Lagos
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
    • Ensure correct product are dispatched promptly using the motorcycle
    • Ensure daily reconciliation of previous stock issued with the sales supervisor
    • Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance and reconciliation of cash from retail outlets to the supervisor
    • Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application etc)
    • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
