    UI / UX Designer

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs across web and mobile platforms.

    Sales Executive

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and grow revenue across our API and enterprise solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and close B2B sales opportunities for TopupBox’s API and enterprise solutions.
    • Develop and follow through on plans to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
    • Manage a clear and organized sales pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
    • Engage prospects and clients through meetings, calls, and presentations, explaining our products and services clearly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
    • Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure client needs are well understood and solutions are properly implemented.
    • Share feedback from clients and the market to help improve products and services.
    • Track sales activities, performance, and market trends, and provide regular updates to management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, telecommunications, or SaaS.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Experience selling API-based or enterprise solutions is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to handle sales processes from lead generation to closing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
