    Sales Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and promoting the company’s agricultural products and services. The role involves supporting the sales and marketing teams through planning, coordination, communication, and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing market share, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth within the agro industry.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Coordination:

    • Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination, lead management, and sales reporting.
    • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and performance metrics.
    • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations for clients.
    • Liaise between sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely product delivery and order processing.
    • Monitor inventory levels and sales forecasts to ensure product availability.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and agro exhibitions to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the agro industry.
    • Develop and manage social media content, online advertising, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate branding, advertising, and communication efforts in line with company strategy.
    • Support in creating brochures, newsletters, and digital content showcasing agricultural products and services.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers).
    • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
    • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements for better ROI.
    • Provide insights on market dynamics, pricing trends, and customer behavior.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the agro or FMCG sector.
    • Strong understanding of agricultural products, markets, and supply chains.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
    • Flexibility to travel to field locations and client sites as needed.

    Marketing & Sales Officer

    About the Role

    • The Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving product visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement for the company’s spice products.
    • She will design and implement sales strategies, identify market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote brand awareness across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Promote and sell spice products to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, food processors, restaurants, hotels, and end users.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
    • 1–5 years experience in agro-processing, FMCG, food and beverage, or spices market (preferred).
    • Proven field sales experience and strong negotiation skills.
    • Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
