• We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly.
• The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers.

Duties include: -

• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Description

• Must be knowledgeable in standard culinary techniques, such as baking, grilling, roasting, stir-frying and sauteing.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations
• Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
• Must have knowledge of Inventory methods and data entry on system or be willing to learn
• Follow all food health and safety requirements
• Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage.
• Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors.

Kitchen Staff Requirement

• Minimum High school certificate
• Good experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred.
