    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Fleet Store Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of technical inventory for the fleet division, ensuring optimal availability of spare parts, lubricants, tools, and consumables. The role ensures zero operational downtime through accurate stock planning, fast turnaround of requisitions, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The position functions as a strategic bridge between maintenance workshops, procurement, vendors, and operations, ensuring that all parts are delivered in the right quality, right quantity, at the right time, and to the right location.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Inventory & Warehouse Operations

    • Supervise the daily operations of the fleet store across designated locations.
    • Monitor spare parts, lubricants, tyres, filters, and consumable inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principles.
    • Ensure timely replenishment to support continuous and uninterrupted fleet maintenance operations.
    • Conduct periodic stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile variances.

    Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination

    The Storekeeper (Molasses/Raw Sugar Warehouses) is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of bulk agricultural materials, ensuring quality preservation, loss prevention, and accurate stock control. The role oversees bulk material discharge, storage, environmental monitoring, sampling, and maintaining food-safety-compliant conditions within sugar and molasses storage facilities.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Bulk Raw Material Handling

    • Supervise the discharge of raw sugar from ships, barges, trucks, or conveyors into silos, sheds, or warehouses.
    • Oversee pumping and transfer of molasses into tanks, ensuring safe handling procedures.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, and maintaining Heavy Earth moving equipment and components in Mines.
