Responsibilties

• Ensures weekly location attendance and incidents reports to the Area Manager for action.
• Ensures Guards conduct and adherence to company's rules and regulations as well as the rules of the clients where they are deployed.
• Coordinates security operational activities of the guards in the location.
• Informs the Inspectors of short manning in his/her location for possible replacement.
• Responds to inquiries, investigations and information on security related problems in his/her location of operations.
• Liaises with client officers on all aspect of the project.
• Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
• Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND / GDL qualification with 5 - 10 years experience.

Job Description

• Operations Admin is responsible for assisting the Guarding Operations Unit prepare, collate and analyze all information relating to tracking, location attendance, patrol and monitor all operational primary and secondary communication systems.

Job Duties

• Collation of reports from Onsite supervisors or project managers, Inspectors and Area Managers.
• Monitoring of situation and mans primary and secondary operational communication systems in the event of any of the following incidents: Medical Emergency, Accident Radio and phone.
• Manning on a 24/7 rotation.
• Ensure that all equipment and tasks is handed over in writing after each shift Allocated tasks that are not complet d will be handed over but the receiver of the task will stay liable for the feedback and end result
• Monitoring: in respective of all regional, area manager and inspector at the field.
• Keep phone call register and radio messages register up to date and relay messages as requested. If not concluded during your shift ensures it is part of your handing over procedures and noted in the dairy.
• Keep all Ops boards and other information boards up to date at all times.
• Manage National Tracking systems for both vehicles and personnel
• Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.
• Collation of daily incidence reports at the field across the nation.
• Emergency: response to any emergency and giving a direct call to the rescue team for quick response.
• Giving a day-to-day situation report to the head of security management.
• Receiving of all day-to-day reporting calls from the field.
• Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role

Salary
N100,000 / month.
