• The Online social media representative with goodwritten English language and customer service skills to join our startup and grow with the company.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about pleasing customers via chat and getting them to their required product sooner and engaging on social media.
• This role will manage the day to day operations and create content on Colour Flavour social media accounts.
• Oversee a branded online voice for all social media channels.
• Develop and launch an adaptable social media strategy for the company.
• The company is open to discussing a commission of sales made on the website brought in by generic social media content.

Responsibilities

• Generating content for the website and social media.
• Optimizing content on the web.
• Updating social media platforms.
• Advising on and revising trends.
• Managing the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
• Creating and delivering email campaigns.
• Analyzing the success of campaigns and ROI.
• Be online during peak times to assist customers if needed
• Direct any customer suggestion, orders or requests to the appropriate authority.
• Promote active engagement through social media outlets by interacting with and responding to followers.

Qualifications

• Minimum OND degree
• 1 year professional experience in customer service role in the e-commerce industry.

Requirements:

• Marketing or communications qualifications.
• Experience working in Online Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Self-starter.
• Must know how to use graphic and video editing tools.

• Our company is a startup food company that specializes in dried seafoods based in Lagos and we are looking for a Retail Marketing / Relationship officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.
• The ideal candidate is expected to find ways to get into as many stores as possible, outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

Key Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with customers/clients
• Assisting with generating new business
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Identify opportunities for greater profits
• Understand customers needs and develop plans to address them
• Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
• Resolve customers complaints quickly and effectively

Requirements
