Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports on purchasing patterns, vendor performance, and inventory levels to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• System Management: Utilizing ERP systems, Excel, Power BI or specialized procurement software to maintain accurate databases for purchasing transactions, invoices, and supplier data.
• Forecasting: Analyzing past data to predict future procurement needs and workload, assisting with budget preparation.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics like cost savings, supplier reliability, and cycle times. 

Requirement

• Experience: 4–5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or data management roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision, NetSuite).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions and identify trends.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Auditing: Auditing daily system entries, ensuring stock records are accurate, and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision, NetSuite).
• Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory aging, stock movement, warehouse capacity, and order accuracy (e.g., mis picks, on-time shipments).
• System Maintenance: Managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, including, but not limited to, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Process Improvement: Streamlining manual data entry processes through automation to minimize errors. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert level Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with WMS/ERP tools like Oracle or SAP.
• Experience: Often an entry-level role but typically requires 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, data management, or warehousing.
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and spot anomalies.

Responsibilities

Responsible for site construction activities, daily work planning, marking out and levelling construction sites, coordination with contractors on day-to-day activities, timely delivery of site works.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with over 4 years’ experience as Site Civil Engineer for Building, Industrial & Infrastructure Projects. 
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.
