Introduction
Our company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photovoltaic Cell Equipment Technician to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of production equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Photovoltaic Cell Equipment Technician – Job Responsibilities
Core Positioning: Responsible for equipment hardware, electrical and mechanical systems, equipment utilization rate, fault repair, and preventive maintenance.
Daily Equipment Maintenance
- Responsible for routine inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance (PM) of equipment used in texturing, diffusion, PECVD, screen printing, sintering, testing, and sorting.
- Monitor equipment operating conditions, including pressure, temperature, flow rate, vacuum, transmission, and alarm signals.
- Fill in equipment inspection sheets, maintenance records, fault records, and shift handover logs.
Fault Repair and Handling
- Quickly resolve equipment failures (e.g., mechanical jams, electrical alarms, sensor issues, vacuum leaks, heating abnormalities, transmission faults).
- Replace spare parts, adjust mechanisms, troubleshoot circuits, and restore normal equipment operation.
- Report major faults promptly and cooperate with engineers or equipment suppliers for repairs.
Equipment Improvement and Coordination
- Work with the process team on equipment debugging, parameter matching, accuracy calibration, and stability optimization.
- Participate in equipment upgrades, efficiency improvement, utilization rate improvement, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) enhancement.
- Manage spare parts, including inventory checks, requisition, and minor repairs.
Safety and Workplace Management
- Implement equipment safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and safety for working at heights, chemicals, and high-pressure systems.
- Maintain 5S/6S standards in equipment areas, ensuring clean pipelines with no leaks.
- Assist in training new employees on equipment operation, safety, and basic maintenance.
