Computer Hardware Repair & Maintenance Tutor (NSQ Level 1-3) at Digihands Innovation and ICT Training Hub

Digital Hands Limited is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Computer Hardware Tutor to lead our ongoing NSQ Training program. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can bridge the gap between technical theory and practical industry application.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training on computer hardware troubleshooting, component-level repairs, and system maintenance.
• Develop comprehensive handouts, instructional manuals, and practical guides tailored to the NSQ curriculum.
• Guide students through the NSQ curriculum and assessment standards.
• Manage workshop tools and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Prepare students for internal and external skill assessments.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Computer Hardware Repair (Laptops, Desktops, & Peripherals).
• Prior experience as a Tutor or Instructor (experience with NSQ frameworks is a major plus).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, NABTEB, or equivalent degree).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
