    MIS Executive for Store/Warehouse

    Location:  Ogijo

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Accuracy & Auditing: Auditing daily system entries, ensuring stock records are accurate, and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision, NetSuite).
    • Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory aging, stock movement, warehouse capacity, and order accuracy (e.g., mis picks, on-time shipments).
    • System Maintenance: Managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, including, but not limited to, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
    • Process Improvement: Streamlining manual data entry processes through automation to minimize errors. 

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Technical Proficiency: Expert level Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with WMS/ERP tools like Oracle or SAP.
    • Experience: Often an entry-level role but typically requires 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, data management, or warehousing.
    • Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and spot anomalies.
