Senior Operations Officer (Engineering & Construction) at Wisdom Scroll Consulting

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction operations across multiple sites in Abuja.
• Ensure alignment between project schedules, procurement, and site execution.
• Track operational KPIs (productivity, downtime, material usage) and report weekly.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve operational conflicts.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage equipment utilization and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare operational reports and present to senior management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 7–10 years in construction operations, with at least 3 years in a senior coordination role.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning tools; strong knowledge of Nigerian construction practices; excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Certifications: PMP, COREN, or NIQS is an advantage.
• Other: Must reside in or relocate to Abuja; valid driver’s license.
