We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and uninterrupted platform availability while providing technical support across applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain system uptime to ensure continuous availability of services 
• Manage and secure databases, ensuring data integrity and protection 
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches 
• Provide application support and troubleshoot system-related issues 
• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure 
• Optimize platform performance and ensure efficient resource utilization 
• Conduct system backups and recovery operations 

Key Requirements / Expertise:

• Strong experience in database management 
• Proficiency in system maintenance and administration 
• Hands-on experience with application support and troubleshooting 
• Knowledge of system security practices and data protection 
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques 
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, or cloud certifications) 
• Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment 

Performance Metrics:

• System uptime of ≥ 99.5%
• Critical issue resolution within defined SLA timelines
• Successful completion of scheduled backups with minimal failure rate
• Zero or minimal security breaches/incidents attributable to system misconfiguration
• Stable platform performance with minimal downtime
