Pre‐qualification will be based on meeting the minimum criteria 

regarding the:

• applicant’s legal status (Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC.) registration, demonstrate tax compliance, etc.), 
• Experience, Personnels and CEO with ID cards and financial position as demonstrated by their responses where applicable accordingly
