    Junior Equity Portfolio Manager

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Equity Portfolio Manager to join our Investment Management team. The candidate will support equity portfolio management, conduct comprehensive research, and help achieve performance targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing equity portfolios aligned with investment strategies and client objectives.
    • Monitor performance to ensure compliance with benchmarks and risk parameters.
    • Execute trades in adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.
    • Perform fundamental and technical analysis of equity securities.
    • Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company news.
    • Provide actionable investment recommendations through detailed research reports.
    • Prepare portfolio performance reports for internal and client reviews.
    • Communicate investment strategies and updates to the Head of Investment Management.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
    • Monitor portfolio risks and recommend adjustments as needed.
    • Work with the Investment Management team to align strategies and meet business goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
    • 2–3 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, or portfolio management.
    • Progress toward CFA designation is an advantage.

    Key Skills

    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
    • Proficiency in tools like Bloomberg Terminal or Reuters Eikon.
    • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

    Finance Officer

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Officer to oversee the efficient posting and reconciliation of all company and client transactions. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transactions, maintaining confidentiality, maximizing returns on funds, and supporting the Finance & Operations team in maintaining regulatory compliance and achieving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transaction processing, mutual fund operations, treasury management, and liaising with regulatory authorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee accurate posting and reconciliation of all company and client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
    • Process daily fund subscriptions, redemptions, inflows, and outflows, and prepare timely financial and regulatory reports.
    • Manage investment schedules, and bank reconciliations, and ensure timely booking of financial instruments.
    • Prevent fraud, income leakages, and processing errors while ensuring transaction accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain relationships with banks, counterparties, and regulatory authorities to support treasury and fund operations.
    • Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance with SEC and internal regulations.
    • Prepare management accounts, and investment reports, and ensure timely recovery of WHT and other receivables.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • 3-5 Years Experience in related positions and industry
    • Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
    • Analytical Skills
    • Finance expertise
    • Strong Communication skills
