Finance Manager at iConect Consult Limited

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in finance, with at least 3 years at managerial/senior level.
• Financial Control: Manage day-to-day finance operations across group entities and maintain strong controls.
• Reporting: Prepare management accounts, consolidated reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Compliance: Ensure tax, statutory, audit, and regulatory compliance across all companies.
• Systems: Strong experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Excel, payroll systems, and finance dashboards.
• Strategy: Support commercial decisions, cost optimisation, and financial planning across the Group.
• Leadership: Oversee finance operations and act as key financial advisor to executive leadership.
