    Finance Officer

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Officer to oversee the efficient posting and reconciliation of all company and client transactions. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transactions, maintaining confidentiality, maximizing returns on funds, and supporting the Finance & Operations team in maintaining regulatory compliance and achieving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in transaction processing, mutual fund operations, treasury management, and liaising with regulatory authorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee accurate posting and reconciliation of all company and client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
    • Process daily fund subscriptions, redemptions, inflows, and outflows, and prepare timely financial and regulatory reports.
    • Manage investment schedules, and bank reconciliations, and ensure timely booking of financial instruments.
    • Prevent fraud, income leakages, and processing errors while ensuring transaction accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain relationships with banks, counterparties, and regulatory authorities to support treasury and fund operations.
    • Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance with SEC and internal regulations.
    • Prepare management accounts, and investment reports, and ensure timely recovery of WHT and other receivables.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • 3-5 Years Experience in related positions and industry
    • Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
    • Analytical Skills
    • Finance expertise
    • Strong Communication skills
