    Project Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Coordination

    • Support the development and implementation of project timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
    • Coordinate resources, schedules, and tools for smooth project execution.
    • Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Assist with on boarding new clients and aligning project scopes.

    Team Support & Internal Collaboration

    • Act as a bridge between the creative, sales, community, and operations teams.
    • Organize and facilitate team check-ins, status meetings, and project retrospectives.
    • Monitor team task completion and follow up on outstanding actions.
    • Escalate blockers or risks to the appropriate leads in a timely manner.

    Client & Partner Communication

    • Support client on boarding and maintain regular touchpoints to ensure satisfaction.
    • Document and communicate client feedback clearly to internal teams.
    • Prepare and send project updates and deliverable reports to clients.
    • Help ensure that partner and client expectations are met or exceeded.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of project stages, updates, issues, and achievements.
    • Generate project performance reports and assist in data analysis for process improvement.
    • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and properly organized on shared platforms.

    • Skilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Comfortable using digital tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.

    Requirements

    • 3–4 years experience in project coordination or administrative support within a digital, creative, or media environment.
    • Familiarity with project management frameworks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online productivity tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields

    Social Media Manger

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Content Planning

    • Develop and execute compelling social media strategies tailored to client goals.
    • Create monthly content calendars that align with brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and seasonal trends.
    • Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform platform-specific approaches.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign launches and product storytelling.

    Content Creation & Scheduling

    • Manage end-to-end content production, from concept to publishing (in partnership with designers and videographers).
    • Write engaging copy and captions optimized for each platform (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
    • Oversee post scheduling using tools.
    • Ensure consistency in voice, branding, and visual style across all client accounts.

    Community Management & Engagement

    • Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
    • Build online communities by fostering conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
    • Identify and engage with relevant influencers, collaborators, and online communities.
    • Flag sentiment changes, feedback, or crisis signals to relevant teams.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, and audience growth.
    • Prepare monthly reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Use analytics to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field
    • 3–4 years experience managing social media accounts (agency or brand-side)
    • Proven track record of creating high-performing content across major platforms Experience in video editing tools like Capcut, Hootsuite and Metricool. Canva is a plus
    • Experience using scheduling and analytics platforms.
    • Ability to create engaging video content like reels. Video editing is a plus.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for visuals and brand aesthetics.
    • Ability to create good reports and presentations.
