    Sales Administrative Officer

    • Prepare invoices, and sales orders.
    • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
    • Maintain customer and sales records.
    • Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables.
    • Coordinate product deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
