    IT Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team!
    • As an IT Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and technology.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person
    • Configure and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices
    • Install and update software and hardware
    • Monitor system performance and report issues to management
    • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
    • Document technical issues and resolutions
    • Bold, lively, inspiring, and exciting when speaking to individuals and audience.

    Requirements

    • Educational qualification – BSC in Information Technology with 2+ years of IT experience
    • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
    • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
    • Experience with IT service management software
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
    • Familiarity with ITIL best practices
    • Certification in cybersecurity or networking

    Head, Membership Drive and Services Operation

    Responsibilities

    • Excel in Membership drive and manage the Membership drive team
    • Drive the NICA Membership operations in a professional, objective and courteous manner.
    • Generate both weekly and monthly target performance report for presentation at management meetings
    • Implement and execute fully, all measures, guidelines and recommendations necessary for a successful recruitment of persons into NICA Membership.
    • Handle all membership growth related and induction correspondences and other enquiries.
    • Develop strategies for the growth and expansion of the membership drive program
    • Work quickly and accurately, under pressure to meet set monthly target, while at the same time having a positive approach to meeting overall targets, and willing to take on new tasks as job demands.

    Requirements

    • Educational qualification – BSC and MSC in Marketing, with high marketing skills including business communication.
    • Membership of a recognized Marketing Professional Body.
    • 3 – 5 years’ leadership and practicing experience in Marketing.
    • Computer skill – Must be adept in the use of computer and other technological gadgets.
    • Digital Marketing/Social Media Management – must be well experienced in the use social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Email Marketing, other emerging online platforms.
    • Communication Skill – Captivating and irresistible written and oral communication - Ability to write persuasive letters, very sound in English language (verbal and written), extrovertly smart, excellent personality and ability to communicate at various levels of business hierarchy.

    Academic Administrator

    Description 

    • To oversee our Institution's learning programmes (virtual and physical), faculties and the entire professional postgraduate specialist programmes in credit administration /management.
    • Able to develop, coordinate, and supervise students and lecturers by ensuring that they follow the academic policies, procedure, and implementation.

    Requirements

    • Must be a Bachelor's and Master Degree holder majoring in Educational Management, Curriculum Development, Examination Administration, and Measurement, among others.
    • Age: 35 years and above
    • Academic Administrators are involved in a broad range of administrative duties, supporting instruction, including matters such as curriculum development, evaluating quality and methods of instruction, researching and recommending new programs and/or revisions to existing programs, and establishing and maintaining academic.

    Conference and Events Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute NICA conferences, other events, meetings, and associated matters
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Manage logistics, catering, audiovisual, accommodations, and others
    • Develop and manage event budgets
    • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery
    • Coordinate sponsorships and adverts
    • Evaluate event success and identify improvements

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of event management experience
    • BSC and MSC in related field
    • Industry certifications (e.g., CMP, CMM) preferred
    • Excellent writing and communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in event management software
    •  Candidate must be 38 years and above.
